The purpose of this paper is to propose a methodological framework for the evaluation/assessment web image and reputation destination as self-analysis process leading towards building competitive brand. This even more important tourism destinations/products, such Italian coastal destinations labelled G20S, whose improve their competitiveness in tourist market through renovated image. study presents an ranking indexes highlighting attributes; can be useful instrument all managers decision makers monitor destination’s online support brand-building/brand management process. Moreover, analysis allows develop effective co-creation adopt marketing actions line with new trends from demand side.
